Things have felt slow moving for the past month, but we are finally seeing some huge progress!
It took us about two weeks to correct an issue with some structural beams (thanks to our plumber) but we passed our building inspection and have finally put in insulation and WALLS! We have also started priming the exterior of the house. We have a ways to go still, but it is a big transformation! There will be a video tour soon, but for now here are some progress pics. Also, we have made some final decisions on exterior paint. The house will be plum with cream trim and taupe accents. We will be staining the diamond shingles with a mahogany color, and as we make updates we will stain the door and the porch to match.
We will hopefully finish priming (and if we are really lucky, painting) by this weekend. More updates to come!
